IPL2 moves out of India,the working commitee of BCCI on tuesday decides to conduct the second season of ipl in South Africa,England was also in the race but ruled out due to weather as the key factor.On tuesday lalit modi went to johannesberg to offer the proposal,later moved to london .Speaking to the media lalit modi said"IPL move was hardest BCCI decision ever""i apologise to billions of Indians for not conducting in India,and added 99% of Indians watch the matches on tv and only 1% in stadium so doesn't matter whichever country it i s.Game format will remain the same but the date of opening has been changed from 10th april to 18th april.The team franchisee have accepted the decision taken by the working commitee.
