Former South African player Eric Simons has been appointed as the bowling coach of team India by the BCCI. Earlier , Venkatesh Prasad was the bowling coach of Indian team but he was removed and this vacancy is now filled by Eric Simons.
Eric Simons played 23 ODI's for SA, he was the coach of SA from 2002-2004.
