CSK beats KKR by 9 wickets to enter the semi finals of IPL3. CSK outplayed KKR in every department of the game, with this loss KKR's dream to enter semi final crashes.
Batting first, KKR gave a pathetic start,Gayle, Ganguly, Mc Cullum threw ther wickets within first 6 overs of their innings. Angelo Mathews(48) and Tiwary(27) somehow managed to bring up the score of 138 which was not enough to rescue KKR.
It was Ravichandran Ashwin ho broke the back bone of KKR by his splendid performance of 4-0-16-3
CSK batting second, chased down the score in just 13.3 overs. Raina playing an outstanding game of 78*(39) and Murali vijay 50*(40) which was superb to watch.
With this victory CSK moves up to second place in the points table with 12 points.
