Royal challengers bangalore won the toss and elected to field first, as this decision seemed to be correct when RCB bowlers hammered Guyana , Jacque Kallis didn't let any Guyana batsmen to last long on the pitch his 3-16 in 4 overs broke the backbone of Guyana team.
Apart from Kallis other bowlers also did well and wrapped up the Guyana team on a score of 102 in 20 overs.
CD Barnwell was the only batsmen who top scored for Guyana team (30 of 35 balls).
Batting second RCB openers Kallis and Rahul Dravid taught the Guyana players how to bat in International cricket. Dravid got out on a score of 33 in 34 balls(4's 3, 6's 0)
Uthappa came next and banged the Guyana bowlers in his style and finished the game in just 12.2 overs. He made 25 of just 8 balls(4's 2, 6's 2)
